Every Day is a Winding Road

You ever get to the point where you just can't sigh anymore? Can't gripe anymore? Can't point the finger anymore?

All you can do is lay back and figure out what you are going to do about it. No more sessions of massive reflection on where you made mistakes or what you could have done.

Each day, we all have the opportunity to change something about our lives. Good grief, I'm starting to sound like my mother here but, the choices we make every day directly impact what is going to happen later that morning, the afternoon and nighttime. Then that affects what happens the following day. Did we prepare enough for that presentation? Could we have RSVP'd for that seminar when we thought about it instead of "putting it on the to do list"?

It's kind of like the way health and nutrition is approached. Small steps. It's the small choices and decisions that we make that snowball into the big changes.

Choose wisely.
